Liberty Lake is a suburb of Spokane, Washington.

The lake itself is positioned outside of the town/city limits as it is outside the urban expansion boundary.

Liberty Lake is positioned in the Spokane Valley, at 47 39 22 N 117 5 11 W (47.656171, -117.086287). According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town/city has a total region of 6.14 square miles (15.90 km2), all of it land. Liberty Lake is one of the quickest burgeoning communities in the State of Washington.

Liberty Lake is south of the Spokane River from Otis Orchards-East Farms, Washington, east of Greenacres, Washington (now part of Spokane Valley, Washington), and west of Post Falls, Idaho.

As of the census of 2010, there were 7,591 citizens , 2,893 homeholds, and 2,019 families living in the city.

The ethnic makeup of the town/city was 91.3% White, 0.7% African American, 0.5% Native American, 3.5% Asian, 0.2% Pacific Islander, 0.8% from other competitions, and 3.0% from two or more competitions.

There were 2,893 homeholds of which 40.0% had kids under the age of 18 residing with them, 56.9% were married couples residing together, 9.2% had a female homeholder with no husband present, 3.7% had a male homeholder with no wife present, and 30.2% were non-families.

The median age in the town/city was 35.2 years.

30.4% of inhabitants were under the age of 18; 5.8% were between the ages of 18 and 24; 29.3% were from 25 to 44; 23.8% were from 45 to 64; and 10.6% were 65 years of age or older.

Only part of the improve is inside the City of Liberty Lake, incorporated on August 31, 2001.
